At Kenzee, we strive to deliver high-quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our web hosting, design, development, and live streaming services.

2. Web Hosting Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all web hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund for the hosting fees paid. Domain registrations are non-refundable.

3. Web Design & Development Refunds

For custom web design and app development projects, refunds are handled as follows:

• Before work begins: Full refund of any advance payment.
• After work begins (up to 25% complete): 75% refund of the project fee.
• After 25% completion: No refund, as significant resources have been allocated.

Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been approved by the client.

4. Live Streaming Services

Refunds for live streaming service subscriptions are provided within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used. Usage is measured by active streaming hours.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Exceptions

No refunds are provided for:

• Domain name registrations and renewals
• Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
• Services rendered beyond the refund period
• Violation of our Terms of Service

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our standard process, your services may be suspended immediately, and you may be subject to additional fees.
